罢丑别听Office of Inclusive Excellence and Mission Integration听(OIEMI) leads and supports initiatives that promote a mission-oriented culture, creating opportunities to define, assess, and promote ULV鈥檚 core values (Ethical Reasoning, Diversity and Inclusivity, Lifelong Learning, Civic and Community Engagement). The office encourages initiatives, programs and activities that educate and motivate the college community to create a campus climate where diversity of thought and lived experience is respected and valued, cultivating cultural engagement, fostering a sense of belonging, challenging systems of privilege and oppression, and building intercultural competency. 听The office develops and lead equity-centered, mission-focused and values-based initiatives which foster shared understanding of, support for, and action to advance the distinctive mission of 葫芦娃视频;Verne and its status as a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) and Minority Serving Institution (MSI).听 The office promotes equity and inclusion, develops and improves collaborative relationships, cultivates a community that encourages and supports a climate that affirms diverse cultures, and advocates for equitable policies, procedures and opportunities for the 葫芦娃视频;Verne campus community.
